Job Description:
1、 协助公司高层进行研发战略的制订，并负责拟订部门策略与研发流程，确保中长期目标的达成；
2、通过对研发工程师的有效管理与沟通，及时跟踪、控制并指导各项目，确保其按照项目目标与进度计划有序执行；
3、参与项目的技术研发工作，组织技术攻关，并能够运用先进的技术概念、方法、理论与原则解决研发中遇到的复杂技术问题；
4、监督电子设备与系统的现场测试，评估设备性能，针对现有产品与新产品提出改进建议，审核并批准经过测试的样品；
5、负责制定部门费用预算或研发费用预算；负责为公司管理层、客户提供技术咨询，根据需要，为其他技术人员提供技术培训或辅导。

3. Take part in research of technical issues, organize to tackle key problems and solve complex technical problems by the advanced conception, methods, and principle;
4. Supervise tests of equipment and system , evaluating capability of the equipment and give suggestion of the products and new manufactures, approve and authorize the tested samples;
5. Make budget of the department and researching, provide the technical support to customers or senior management, and offer technical training and tutorship for the other technical people.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 3 years working experience in power supply field
Good command of AUTOCAD, Protel, CorelDraw, and other related software application
Fluent speaking and writing English, German is preferred.
Strong people management skills, motivator and communication skills.

Job Summary:

Description:

6、销售团队建设：区域内员工的招聘、培训、工作任务分配及业务指导等，制定下属的考核目标并定期沟通绩效评估结果、提出改进建议。
Qualification:
